Added: Base B Sheet

A new base has been added. Base B is 3px shorter than Base A, and is good if you have a sprite height constraint (or just like a smaller sprite!). It uses the same head as Base A, making them easily swappable. Body proportions were adjusted to keep everything clean and legible at a smaller size.
